1. The business personnel of the circuit board factory should understand the operating conditions of the customers and the industry of the customers’ products as much as possible, and timely

predict the risks and make corresponding early warning measures;

2. Merchandiser submits weekly reports on online WIP and finished product inventory status to customers so that customers can timely understand inventory dynamics;

3. Real-time monitoring of finished circuit board warehouse storage, once the inventory appears, need to actively contact customers to speed up processing;

4. Because the finished circuit board with different surface treatment has different shelf life, the storage of the finished product inventory must be in place, and the early warning sign of the finished

product inventory should be established to prevent the finished product inventory from exceeding the shelf life;

5. Further shorten the production cycle of the circuit board, eliminate customers’ concerns about the circuit board when the supply of materials is not timely, and try to keep consistent with the

immediate needs of customers, so as to avoid the client to place orders too early or over-order;

6. Set up a “minimum” and “safe” warning line for each customer’s finished product inventory, and monitor finished product inventory;
