leakage appearance, if any, it should be replaced to avoid leakage or high temperature seriously damage the parts inside.
(3) Regular sampling check the capacity of the electrolytic capacitor in the PCB double layer circuit board circuit board, if the capacity of the electrolytic capacitor is found to be lower than the
standard range of the nominal capacity, it is necessary to replace it in time, usually the life of the electrolytic capacitor should be replaced in full for about ten years to ensure the operating function of
the circuit board.
(4) For high-power equipment coated with heat dissipation silicone grease, it should be checked whether the heat dissipation silicone grease appears dry solid phenomenon, if it is dry solid, the dry
solid heat dissipation silicone grease should be removed, and the new heat dissipation silicone grease should be coated to avoid the high-power equipment in the PCB double-layer circuit board due
to poor heat dissipation and burn out.
